Please note: This is a private, invitation-only gathering held on a working farm. Attendance is limited and subject to confirmation. Donations are optional and not tax-deductible. BYOB participants must be 21+ and drink responsibly. By attending, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with outdoor farm environments, including uneven ground, animals, and natural conditions. Hosts are not liable for injury, loss, or damages.

Pursuant to Texas Agritourism Code §75A.003,

"WARNING: Under Texas Law (Chapter 75A, Civil Practice and Remedies Code), an agritourism entity is not liable for any injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the activity. Inherent risks include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner."

Fire policy

Fires will be closely monitored and maintained by hosts. Please do not bring outside firewood, flammables, or attempt to start any fires on the property. Guests must follow all posted safety signs and instructions related to open flames and fire pits.

Parking

On-Site Parking:
Free parking will be available on-site in designated areas only. Please follow all posted signs and staff instructions when arriving and departing.

Farm Terrain Warning:
Parking areas may include gravel, dirt, or grass surfaces. Vehicles enter and park at their own risk. Rock Bottom Ranch TX is not responsible for vehicle damage, towing, or personal belongings left inside.

No Overnight Parking:
All vehicles must be removed from the property the evening of the event unless explicitly approved by the hosts in advance.

Accessible Parking:
Limited accessible parking will be available. Please let us know in advance if you require special accommodations.

No Blocking Entrances or Farm Equipment Paths:
Please do not block driveways, gates, or marked areas necessary for farm operations and emergency access.
